These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of photography and videography services provided by Himanshi Photo Studio. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable advance payment of [insert % or amount] is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made by or before the date of the session or event, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

  • Prices are subject to change but will remain fixed once a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If you cancel your session, the advance payment is non-refundable.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, weather, emergencies), the studio reserves the right to reschedule or offer a full refund.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • All images and videos captured by Himanshi Photo Studio remain the copyright of the studio.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights, meaning they may print, share, and use the photos for non-commercial purposes.

  • Commercial usage (advertising, resale, etc.) requires prior written consent.

  • Himanshi Photo Studio may use selected images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, exhibitions), unless the client opts out in writing.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that permissions are obtained for photography at chosen venues.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to communicate specific shot requests before the session or event.

  • Himanshi Photo Studio will not be held responsible for missed moments due to late arrival or lack of communication.

5. Image Delivery and Storage

  • Edited images and videos will be delivered within [insert delivery timeframe, e.g., 2–4 weeks] from the session date.

  • Delivery is made via digital download link or physical storage device, depending on the package.

  • Original RAW files are not included unless specified in the contract.

  • Final images will be stored by the studio for backup and reordering purposes.
